I COULD do the bookkeeping and administrative functions but it would take me MUCH longer and my time and skills are best spent on marketing and running the business.I know the Point of Sale system and tracking the day-to-day operation but that is not the same as Quickbooks or what the accountant or tax people want. M.O.M. keeps the Quickbooks up to date and takes care of the details. She keeps me informed by running reports monthly (and as requested) to then discuss how the data compares to prior time periods. She helps us develop projections for future months and runs the reports to detail that progress. She has developed a network of local professionals that can provide services I need. I trust her as a 'sounding board' for ideas, trends and business growth.

Frankly, with me being new to the business world, she could have easily taken advantage of me, but Pegi did what Pegi does. Pegi used my client list to set up a series of automated recurring payments in Quickbooks and even found old invoices that I had yet to send to clients.
